This high protein breakfast on the go, shocks people with its frothy goodness

Ingredients

  • 2 organic eggs from pasture
  • 3 cups boiling hot tea or coffee
  • 1 rounded tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil or coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon collagen powder

Directions

1In a blender, whip two eggs for 10 seconds.

2Add honey, MCT or coconut oil, and collagen powder

3While blender is whipping, slowly pour in tea or coffee until fully blended

4Drink immediately
