I know it sounds a little counterintuitive, but when you think about the creaminess of avocados and their unique ability to absorb other flavors, I think you will be amazed!

- 2 Avocados, soft but still slightly firm with no bruises
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or agave
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons water
1Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until creamy.
2Serve or refrigerate for up to four days
